Our trained wellness coaches will teach, guide, motivate and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your wellness goals. With an exercise plan made specifically for you and daily printable workouts designed around your needs, The Journey has something for all fitness levels!
Step 1 – MEET WITH A COACH
Your coach will discuss your wellness goals with you, obtain a body composition analysis using the state of the art InBody Assessment, create a customized wellness program just for you.
Step 2 – START YOUR WORKOUT
A wellness coach will personally guide you through your first workouts.
Step 3 – LOG YOUR ACTIVITY
Each 30-minute workout (Cardio or Strength) is worth points towards rewards. Your first 300 points of The Journey will be earned with a coach.
Step 4 – EARN POINTS
Continue to earn points by exercising and logging your workouts. Earn prizes and swag as you build up your points within The Journey.
