Lennie Warren joins our team as the Assistant Membership Director, working alongside Membership Director Jennifer Barker. In her role, Lennie will focus on member recruitment and retention, bringing her passion for connecting with members and hearing their stories to the forefront.

With two years of experience at the YMCA, Lennie has contributed across multiple departments, including member services, child watch, Little Rookies coaching, and aquatics. Her dedication to the YMCA’s mission is unwavering, and she’s eager to make an even greater impact in her new role.

Outside of work, Lennie is an avid Green Bay Packers fan who enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling.
